10 days back I was in China. I never imagined China to be so developed. I still can’t digest. I always had some imagination about China, but it was far beyond my imagination. Even there smallest towns far better than our big cities. Cities were clean and everything was so systematic. Even better than many developed nations. We Indians are fighting on irrelevant issues. We are far far behind China. Shashank is right I have seen so many Chinese car brands. Trip was an eye opener. We Indians really need to come together as one and think of our country development..

What Sh.Ratan Sharda has posted on X is true? I was like really Ranveer said this?? You really think Hindus are WHITE GUY and Privileged? And minorities are scared of us? Really? If it is true then let me tell you not all of us are born with silver spoon like you dear. Especially middle class category. Because you have no idea what middle class Parents sacrifice. Their own personal dreams and wishes. Because there is no financial support we get from govt or religious institute. Our children do hardwork day night. They dont have luxury to play the game of threatening others. And about fear of minorities, if it is true than there would have bn no Kanahaiya Lal, Dliber Negi, Amit Sharma, Nikita Tomar, Dr Narang, W Bengal riots. There is more than 100 case reported unreported where Hindus The White Boy of India got mercilessly butchered/girls rapeed and nobody bothers. See how Privileged we are.If you want to talk on this topic then just don't sit in your comfortable ac studio , come out and research and do homework. If it is hard for you and you are an honest person, really want to discuss it then Invite Swati Goel Sharma. God bless.

I recently made further purchases. Saving for a market slump is also a bad idea. There are different perspectives on recessions and depressions; we cannot always expect significant rewards; and taking risks is preferable to doing nothing. The bottom line is that by diversifying your portfolio and making sensible judgments, you will accomplish exceptional outcomes. In just 5 months, my portfolio's raw earnings increased by $608k.

I completely agree, which is why I think it's important to delegate decision-making responsibility to an investment coach. Underperformance is essentially unimaginable given their specialized experience and education, as well as the fact that each of their skills is focused on harnessing risk for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable events. Working with an investment coach for over two years, l've made over $1.5 million.

Why do the words great and highway go together? Only by abandoning these exaggerated adjectives can India develop better. Indians always like to say nice things, make beautiful ppts, then take a nap and start making new ppts. China has 177,000 kilometers of highways, but no one calls them great highways. This is the difference between India and China.

I am a Motorcycle Designer by profession, i have worked for very reputable brands in india for almost 3-4 years, have been involved in the design process of some of the most iconic bikes running on roads right now, but still i always felt a plateau spending 3-4 years of my life for these brands, then i decided to move to china to be part of the rising big capacity motorcycle wave. And boy oh boy what a journey it has been, in the past 5 years i have 4 fully developed products running on roads at this very moment on my name patented, while my tenure in india i was just making little plastic parts and the exposure to other elements of motorcycle manufacturing were kind of forbidden for us to access, but here we get to experience the full process from design, to planning to supply chain, marketing and the launch of vehicle to the masses all according to a persons visions. This podcast was very relatable as i have been living in china for last 5 years whatever shashank mentioned hands down in alliance with him, looking forward to part 2.

This guy is very very true and we need a manufacturing hub center likes china because "IT" job do not create value in the economic sense rather infra and mechanical jobs with industry 4.0 could be the answer for the industrial revolution in India. India and Indian should respect jobs which they think are of low society standard and need to have more practical application as student of mechanical engineering i feel your society thinks this jobs "मजदूरe" its so said.

Suggestion: Just like Perplexity was highlighted in this episode, every episode can have a 2 min section where 1 indian product can be highlighted to users. I stayed in China for a month. Their smallest cities are way better than the best areas of Delhi and Mumbai. It disheartens me to see my beloved country so far behind China. Agree or don’t, one thing is clear, India’s only chance at trying to become like China is if we have an effective Communist regime or a Dictatorship. Too much politics in India will ruin it. We need intense discipline in our people and super fast implementation of things.

To be honest I had a different image (lookwise) of Sashank dikshit in my mind all this while like a geeky NRI with American accent but what a surprise! great guy, he is more Indian than the Indian corporate guys🤣

Lived in Kanpur in 1948-59, remember the famous Elgin cloth mills . Later in 1950s worked in Delhi cloth mills, both long gone eliminated for their real estate values…

Quite meaningful podcast, whatever he said is true, we need to make India a manufacturing hub & learn from China instead of hating it. On lighter note Guest need to eat less, he was almost burping during talk😊

🙏Thanks Ranveer and Shashank for opening my eyes, after shutting our export business from Europe due to Russia and Ukraine war, we are planning to shut our manufacturing units and going into trading.... Thinking of changing my perception. Thanks 🙏

Ranveer, you have the potential to reshape the perspective of a typical Indian with your podcast. An average Indian’s worldview is very confined and limited, by bringing guests like sphinx trust me you’re doing this nation a favour. Twitter has numerous insightful individuals with diverse opinions actively contributing to the betterment of Bharat. Encourage and amplify voices akin to theirs. Despite the setbacks posed by our political system which have set us back by decades compared to China, I firmly believe that our generation has the capability to enact positive change in our country.
