@@riyadebnath2775 u can move internally by taking release from ur current project for that you have to discuss with ur manager. after taking the release u will be on bench and then you will only give interview for Data analyst projects but please make sure that your are well versed with data analyst tools. once u have gain experience of say at least one year then u can switch companies and get higher package.

Those who want to data engineer and data science just by seeing other is earning 20 lpa or else.. just remember data science and engineering involve a lot of a lot of calculation and Statics using Excel and other tools .. the whole business depends on that data.. the job comes with high pressure as well because you are going to play with data to increase companies performance..it is not easy job...you should be motivated but also be realistic..... Mostly in my experience those who are good in maths statistics and calculas they can go for data science and engineering otherwise do not get excited by others CTC or lPA..

Hi Raj, I still don’t know maths and stats.. I know decent excel but I don’t have to use excel as part of my job.. my job majorly requires common sense and smart decisions. couple of Data roles might need all these knowledge, but its not mandatory at all.. Its based mine and my colleagues exp. If that is what stopping you, I would say give it a try if you are passionate about data. Regarding pressure, its based the company you choose and purely depends on our mindset too

A random peice of advice - Germany is one country where transition will be very difficult in any field, only way to make it little easier is through masters in statistics/data analytics.....they value skills/ work experience and value you sticking to one field. wishing you all the best. In my case, 1. I include only technical work details that I do as part of my role. I don’t mention all non tech stuff 2. I even skipped non tech exp that is > 6 months 3. Then pay I attention to each line written on my resume.. everything should be technical 4. Mention certifications, courses, projects and implementation You can tweak your resume too, if you are spending 6 months for learning, you should consider spending min 2 weeks for resume and LinkedIn, its totally worth
