It is a proprietary software of Microsoft and what it does, helps to take care the pipeline, schedule the ETL operations, Monitoring the data and computing workflow. So, the answer to your question is that Apache Airflow comes under the section of Workflow manager and orchestration.

All the job roles mentioned by you are the same and comes under Data Engineering, Nowadays almost every company is shifting towards the cloud and they are leveraging different Cloud platforms to their task easily and efficiently. If you learn or have any knowledge about very few 4-5 Cloud services required for DE then it's enough and almost all services are the same in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud the only difference is in the name.
