hi sir actually i am watching your video for the first time as yesterday i starting thinking about preparing for upsc , I am currently doing my btech 2nd year from cse but i think coding is not much of my thing but as for upsc i have to devote myself completely as u said and start considering myself as an IAS from right now onwards my main question is should i start my journey by joining ias coaching or first focus on my basics as i am not from history background should i first start reading ncert books then further thing pls suggest

We have to get 33% in total from both the paper GS 1 and GS 2. Or in each paper ...which one happens 1st?

No in gs 1 you have to score 50% And in gs 2 you have to score 33% If you to score more than that because of high rate of cut off.
