I went to Davis a long time ago before Shasta existed. For that two level bike parking, how do you get the bikes on the upper level? Do you have to lift them up?

There's a public bathroom on the first floor of every Shasta building! There's also bathrooms in the Cuarto MPR

you can't apply for certain dorms at ucd, your best bet is joining the llc that assigns you to shasta hall
