It was so nice - on my visit to Monte Sahaja - to meet my old friend Ojas. The last time we played together was in India 15 years before!
We had the space to play before the Bhajans group and we just sat down and improvised, without knowing what it will be. This sweet rendition of Raga Hamsadhwani is the result.

On my hospital bed, lying in the dark by myself in the room and listening to this... for a moment all the weight in my chest left me, the noises in my mind disappeared, and my aching body forgets most of the pain, and there was no sadness, or hopelessness or bad thoughts - just for a moment that great gentle wave of peace washes over me.
