You Need 2 7* rank 3 to be valiant, but 9.1 gives only 3 alpha catalyst, that will only be able to get 1 champion to rank 3, I also think that the chapter should be explored and not just completed...Btw It says "MORE than 3 t4 alpha", so maybe there will be some more shards
