Both the program cannot be compared as both are different in nature. BSP is completely experiential nature and it allows you to get a glimpse of the spiritual world Sadhguru has been telling us on, there is no initiation, no practices taught to be done daily. Shoonya is one of the 112 paths given by Adiyogi to reach the ultimate. Once you’re initiated into Shoonya you have to practice it daily to keep it alive and even in terms of experience of doing the practices it’s completely different, I would say you will experience what is being in meditation is like in Shoonya.

How much time does it take to practice shoonya. I'm practicing shambhavi currently.
@Zimke423 жыл бұрын
@@theluxelife69 The shoonya technique takes about 15-20 minutes twice a day, but If you mean practicing all the techniques you learn during the day that is quite a bit more. The first 40 days it takes me about 3-4 hours of time to do all my sadhana, but after the 40 days it will go down to about 2 - 2.5 hours, though you can of course continue to do 3-4 and that would be best if you can. It does time quite a bit more time commitment than just shambhavi. I believe it is very much worth it, but it is definitely something you need to commit to before going on to take the shoonya program. Shoonya in particular is a technique that will stop working if you do not do it regularly, and it takes life energy from Sadhguru to initiate you, so the commitment needs to be taken seriously.

@Zimke423 жыл бұрын
@@aalokghimire2683 I did Shoonya at III in the US. The price is not the same in the US and India, but neither is the amount of money it takes to run a program, run an ashram, or the amount of money the average person makes in a year. The two really aren't comparable. Then again, it is also not worth it to pay to fly to India to get the cheaper program rate ;). They are also not running programs right now in India due to the pandemic surge there. The ones they are running in the US have a limited class size as well so they can maintain social distancing.

Namaskaram akka, couple of things to mention here. To maintain the sanctity of advance programs you cannot even mention the question on the form (like you mentioned about question of "if you can travel in business continuously for 100 miles?" Also mentioning that during BSP you are not allowed to maintain contact with outside world should not be done.. One doesn't speak about the home work of BSP in a youtube video.. let the participants understand it when they register. Don't speak about practices which are taught in shoonya with specific names. Kindly keep these things in mind while sharing your advance program experiences..

Hi there, thank you for posting this video! I am interested in going forward and learning Shoonya sometime this coming year or in 2024 - really dependent on finding leave from work! Regarding the practice for Shoonya, do you have to do Shambhavi on top of practicing Shoonya? Or once you've learned Shoonya, can you continue Shambhavi as and when - as long as you do Shoonya on a daily basis? In addition, once you've learnt Shoonya, is it recommended to practice once daily after learnt or twice daily? Guidance on this would be helpful, and I will be emailing Isha at some point as well for further clarity. Once again, great video and thank you for informing your viewers - I did like the video!
