After Howdy’s re-debut, the lyrics hit different: “Die for me brother” - Bray saying to Bo to honor his name, show devotion to his older brother’s cause and legacy “Love one another” - despite being bad guys, Bray always preached love between his brothers. He never betrayed the trust of his peers and always wanted them to thrive “Lie for me brother” - if you must lie to conquer your enemies, then do it. If you must assume a new persona to instill fear in other’s hearts, the do it (Bray saying to Bo to leave his past self behind and embrace Howdy) “Use me for cover” - if you need to use my name for your cause, then use it. Always go forward, I’ll be there at your side if you need me (or my name, for that matter) Here’s hoping WWE don’t screw this. I trust HHH.

I’m extremely happy they’re starting him off with someone like LA knight. Perfect way to bring him back, with a strong charismatic character against him that will play perfectly into his madness. If Bray came back to fight Roman right now it would kill him completely kuz we all know Roman’s not losing either belt for a very long time, the fiend needs to get his strength back and assemble his army before attacking the bloodline. And back to the song, this is one of my favorite songs period, let alone wrestling theme song!

This popped up on my front page a few minutes ago and it brought me back to all the moments Bray had made. It's been about a month since his passing and it still hurts as one of his bigger supporters in my little internet wrestling cliques. He was so creative, so articulate, so out there that I had to pay attention to his segments. To me, he was the light in a world of darkness that was stagnant WWE creative. He was the red in a world of black and white. Rest in peace/power Windham. You'll always be missed by the fans, your friends, and family.
