Stand-up routine? Or TED Talk?

So it’s material that was outdated by 1980 repurposed to 2009 where the racist punchline is now the racist setup and the new punchline is now “that’s racist.”

I haven’t watched this video yet, but I thought Just for Laughs should have added “Not a TED Talk” in parentheses as a joke on the title of the video. After perusing the comments, I realized that notation would be more of a joke at the comedian. From what I’ve gleaned, the performer (“comedian” doesn’t seem accurate from the comments ranging from mostly describing people on the audience to people essentially calling him a poor rip-off of a poor rip-off)-ah, anyway, the performer-gives neither a very well-educated, informed, or informative TED talk, nor a funny stand-up performance. Again. This goes off of the currently 28 comments there are as I’m writing this. In summation, I don’t feel the need to watch this video, even being only 6:22 in length. (I will edit this comment if I do watch it) (Also, I didn’t set out to write this ridiculous comment, but... oops)

Agreed. He talked about inaccurate impressions of different cultures/races, but then he did a whole bit in a stereotypical Native American accent, and without a hint of irony 🙄🤷♂️
