I absolutely love you. Your energy and love you have. I followed hip hop abs 2008 and for the first time felt comfortable in my body. Fast forward to my second kid 2020 I was at my limit. I gained the most weight I had been and my body was shutting down. I had trouble even walking my veins felt like they were going to explode. I looked at death and realized I haven't lived my life. I need to take control over my body. I had a csection on 8/26 by 10/20 I started to do cize. I decided to let go of all excuses I pushed myself before getting to the point of hurting myself. Which I learned from you, thank you! I have currently lost 44 pounds and I'm still on my journey. I plan on losing 70 more pounds. I feel stronger each day I started with cize went into hip hop abs and starting insanity. Thank you for teaching me about fitness and loving myself❤. This is the first time setting a goal this big because I trust your techniques and I learned to believe in myself.

Yess, that's me at this point. I have attempted every week to stay on top of my fitness and I have been very unsuccessful to finish the week. Sometimes I work out 1 day and I count it as if I did so much that specific week. For me is frustrating , I started my fitness journey with insanity and I wish I could restart or have an explanation as to why I cannot stay consistent.l don't want to say or go to the doctor and be told is a thyroid problem because is not. This year I tried going to the gym and was consistent, however covid came I did felt confident but I stopped . For which, that made me really sad because I lost motivation.

My day starts off with me drinking coffee no sugar and I put half of an Atkins shake in the half cup of coffee and I drink water. Then I say to myself I'm going to put on let's get up I'm in the 3rd week by the way and I workout with you and I'm always thinking when's the insanity part coming. I absolutely love working out with you every morning. You make my day so much better

dude, I just recently decided I will stop using the scale because it's so demotivating and I, too, was doing this crap of using it before and after going to the bathroom, like it matters SO MUCH the number goes down even if it's literal crap. good to hear I'm not the only one doing this :) and to get encouragement by you.

I am currently working on Chalean Extreme Phase 2 (first week). I just found out my thyroid med is probably not high enough so I started taking the new one Monday. I am so hoping it helps!!! I am currently 167 lbs. My ideal weight is 135 (at most). I also struggle with food due to anxiety and depression. I want to start meal prepping but just can't get my motivation up to get in the kitchen and prep. I know if I have prepped meals and snacks in the fridge I will eat better because when I'm hungry I go for the easy and fast. Which means the crap foods. 🤦🤷😭

Thank you!! For changing my life with Transform 20. I did other programs before but wasn't until I set the right mindset and stop worrying about my inches and the number of the scale that I started to be truly happy and focus on nutrition. I lost 95 pounds and you and your podcast had to do a lot of it. I still very motivated and even when people see the changes on me I still don't notice because I am focus on be a better person and what's inside to heal. I would like to see a topic in how to removed the guilt after eating something that you don't supposed to or going out of your nutrition plan because of life, not being on the right mindset at that moment or just how to allow not the one time a week donut,wine, alcohol, whatever it is affect you. I keep punishing myself through the week after having one extra drink or one extra something or just simply fall out of for one day or one meal.

I'd love for you to do an interview with Billy Blanks the creator of Tae Bo and I would love to know more about all of your insanity workouts. I have a few favorite workouts on the original insanity program and there's workouts I wanna get better in also. Love your workouts. I'm starting to like power jumps but I have to practice those more and I don't mind push ups. I have to practice those also. You should actually work with Billy Blanks and you could do some insanity moves and you could teach him. He could do Tae Bo and teach you then you guys could do a mix of insanity and Tae Bo together which would be fun
