I get a full body readjustment from my chiropractor every 2 weeks & go & get a full deep tissue massage from my massage therapist every 2 weeks alternating weeks & I know how this feels , every time I go & get either or it’s way early in the morning around 9:00 am ,& when I get home around noon I always go up stairs & sleep for around 3 to 4 hours , wake up & go & sit in a bath as hot as I can stand until the water starts to get cold , this by far makes me sleep way better at night & it’s well worth every penny I spend on it , self care is one of the best things you can do for your body as you get older I,m in my 50s . I don't like it...it does feel they are going deep (even when they are not?). And when they find something, they try to scoop it out or to unstick it from your ear canal, that's slightly painful and uncomfortable. Also when they touch your ear canal quite deep, it makes you want to cough. So it's definitely not relaxing IMO. But worth trying once I'd say.
