Because there is a big difference between a sedan and suv For an SUV.. as speed increases the drag on a SUV gets alot more and more compared to a sedan. There is a reason why only 1 or 2 SUV have only been able to reach at 320+. Whereas a weak 20D engines series BMW easily goes upto 260 without breaking a sweat.
