Hi there! ... first time viewer from Southern California. 🙋. Isn't this fun? ...and yes, the smell of the shaving cream... I love it too, tho mine did stay on the paper for quite some time. I learned this from Nik the Booksmith and had no idea that paint worked for coloring, I thought it could only be food coloring, so thank you for that! It also never occurred to me to marble on black. I LOVE black and will try that as well. It's been a pleasure watching you this afternoon. I'll be back soon. MK ❤️☀️🌵

Oh I love the idea at the end. It was great to be reminded about using nail polish. I have used nail polish in the past for marbling on lots of different materials. I was just thinking the other day I needed to use up some of my old nail polish on some sort of projects, and now I have an idea to use it on paper. I love all of the beautiful colors that came out of using the paint and shaving cream. Again it's a great way to use up some of those old paints before they go bad. This will be fun to do outside this summer too. Thanks for sharing and giving great inspiration.

Hi, Nina! I love the smell of shaving cream, too. What fun you had. I absolutely love the blue and green one made with the metallics. I'm wondering if the Distress Oxide reinkers that I bought by accident (I thought I was buying the inkpads. Duh.) would work for this, or if they'll just be too liquid. I'll put it on my ever-expanding list of things to try. Have a great week!
