Shawl Update!

Welcome back, yarn friends!

Inspired by Grandma's Favorite Dishcloth Shawl:
Setup:
C/O 4 Stitches, K 1 row
Increase section:
Row 1: K2, YO, K to end
Row 2 : K to end
Repeat rows 1 and 2 until desired size width
Body section:
Row 1: K2, YO, K2tog, K to end
Row 2: K to end
Repeat rows 1 and 2 until desired length
Decrease section:
Row 1: K1, K2tog, YO, K2Tog, K to end
Row 2: K to end
Repeat rows 1 and 2 until 4 stitches remain, bind off.

Happy B day and I am glad you are enjoying yourself just doing as you please. It is a nice feeling. I have thought of making a "dishcloth" inspired throw as I think beautiful yarn can be featured with a simple garter stitch. Is the yarn you are using acrylic or wool? It is lovely in the neutral tones.
