If you already believe this is the best solo ever recorded, do this and you'll be blown away: at 3:11, set the playback speed to 0.5 (click at the settings "gear" button right next to the CC button) and with headphones, as the solo progresses, notice that the guitar solo was actually recorded individually for the left and right channels and they're slightly different. It becomes evident around 3:17. It seems that the guitar on the right channel has its volume increased too. Another thing to be noted is that the guitar solo is equalized differently on each channel and sometimes the higher frequencies are more noticeable in one of the channels. This adds a lot clarity and precision without loosing the body low end - one of his tone trademarks.
