Something interesting you guys should know. I had a neighbor in 1987 and he moved away before Shawn Michaels was in WWF. I met him again 12 years later when Shawn was in 1st retirement. I met him again in late 2010 after HBK retired for good. Every time I saw him after that, Shawn wasn't on WWE TV that month!

Been watching wrestling since 1989, really got into it when Bret Hart went solo and watched he’s career take off. He is my hero, then Shawn went solo too and it got interesting. After both of them left I loss interest, and never really felt excited watching matches. Then Shawn vs Taker at WM, boy that match just brought back so many memories I felt like I was a 10 year old kid again. Love Bret and Shawn ! They really are the top wrestlers, and glad they’re doing well.

HBK and wrestling have been on ESPN since the mid 80's. One of the classic matches of the 80's was Michaels & Jannetty as the Midnight Rockers against Buddy Rose & Doug Somers for the AWA tag titles in 1986 from the Showboat in Las Vegas. This match was aired on ESPN and it was an absolute brawl. Highly recommended if you can find it on KZbin or elsewhere.

This man was the face of the WWF in the mid 90's.. When the older Dogs started fading away this man kept the torch on right before the Attitude era before the Rock stone cold and others started sharing the light.. I love all HBK matches from Wrestlemania. But unfortunately he was injured before facing Austin. That's probably 1 of his not so best Wrestlemania matches. That match would have been a classic if he hadn't gotten injured at Royal rumble. The buildup for that match was as great as any buildup could get. That won't happen today with so many pay per views in between Wrestlemania. For example Wrestlemania this year is only 3 weeks after last pay per view. Can't have a buildup with just a few weeks.
