I would say that this is my favorite WWE Ultimate Edition figure of all time from Mattel because I love this particular attire/ring gear for Shawn Michaels. I especially love this part of Shawn Michaels career as a wrestler. It's what I remember as a kid quite fondly. Both head sculpts look really good, but the screaming expression is superior by far in terms of Shawn's likeness. I would swap out the boots with the basic series 100 Shawn Michaels which has very similar attire, but the Black boots look much better than the White boots in my opinion. Nice review as always!

It's fine. I wish the series 4 had this articulation/pinless tech as I like that one a bit better. sadly not really swappable. I think the Michaels I'd want most is either the DX In Your House version or the Wrestlemania 14 gear.

They have both of those versions in Elites though, personally I'd rather them stick with attires that we haven't had Elites or Ultimates of already for both lines.

I found a Ultimate Edition Fan Takeover Shawn Michaels at a hobby store for $20 dollars this afternoon the owner was doing a 20%/30% offer before he closes his store for a couple of month. I knew I couldn't pass up on a good deal.

I'm not sure I'd say it's the greatest Ultimate of all time or not, but it is very nice. My main gripe is that he can't put his arms straight down at his side, and the butterfly joints get you like no extra inward/forward movement. Shawn is my favorite wrestler though, and I'll grab all of his 90s elites and ultimates.

I do love this figure. Just pops a lot more than his first UE to me. Great gear with the hat and chaps and both heads look great. So much better than the recent bland later career HBK figures we've been getting. Plus it was just nice to order one of these exclusives and get it so fast lol My only dilemma is I really don't want to buy a second one but I like having these MOC.

I think it's a top 10 fig. But I think it should've been a dx Shawn. To go with dx hhh. They need a razor Ramon. I love the purple for him, but we need another color, maybe the baby blue from that same event of this shawn. I forgot about his village people hat. I'm glad they finally got his head right.

Couldn’t agree more. Negatives : Why not make the vest and chaps the same material. Earrings do look like wrenches. Shoulders are too wide, prefer the old ultimate upper. Positives: Open mouth head is really good. Hat is great. Looks good with all the gear on. Although fiddly I think the removable earrings is good for fig photography so I get it. Tempted to change his upper for the previous version…. Hmm.

Just unboxed HBK as I watched your video. Got say I agree with you. Great figure and probably the timeframe where I was at the peak of my Shawn Michaels fandom (even though I’m a Bret guy), but I don’t think it makes top five or ten Ultimates for me. And the earrings annoyed me instantly. Pulled out the alternate head and an earring fell out right away. Scoured the carpet, couldn’t find it and as I got increasingly annoyed, I realized it had fallen into the vest that was still sitting in the plastic.

@@KylePeterson1980 this looks like a great figure. Sure when shopping on amazon the figures might have a few paint mishaps and they might be delayed in shipping. HBK is an amazing wrestler too (even though you're a Bret Hart and ultimate warrior fan ; I am too. ) I don't shop online at all but if this one ever hits shelves I'll grab it for one of my brothers (my brother Shaun because he's a big Shawn Michaels fan). Our brother's name is Michael (I know, funny right?) When we were younger( I think it was a survivor series or house show here in new Hampshire, we actually got to meet Shawn Michaels and Diesel and he(HBK) asked our parents if they named my brothers after him. Unfortunately my parents said no but I still think it's a cool story that my dad likes to tell people. Have a good night, another great video.

I'm a little surprised they picked KOTR 95 and didnt go for WrestleMania XII HBK. This one is cool, but if I had a chance to pick up this or that NWO Macho Man that just came out, I'm going with Macho all day long. NWO Macho is just so much cooler and iconic than Survivor series 95 HBK. As much as I like Shawn, that's just a fact. I think just wouldn't use the earrings if I had this Ultimate edition. Not only could they be lost easy, but they look kind of ugly too.

Far from the best. It’s got heads that are a reuse of the UE4, just with the hair modified. Plus, the torso is GIANT. A little gripe on my end, Im sick of 90s HBKs. Only now we’re getting 2000’s HBKs, It would be a dream to have one as a UE.

The 90s was when he was at his peak. They just released three ruthless aggression HBK as elites. That’s good enough. Plus his 90s looks were much more iconic. On top of all that he’s literally named “the wrestler of the 90s”

Definitely not the greatest ultimate edition. Some QC issues with mine as well. Red paint in the chin of sculpt. Scuff marks on one hair mold and the other doesn't sit flush on the head. Chaps quality is downgraded from the previous Shawn's. Still a awesome figure.

Definitely the best Ultimate Edition figure up to this point. The nitpicks this guy has is with his own personal figure like messed up paint. My figure doesn't have those botches, so it's almost perfect. But I agree with the majority, definitely the best UE thus far.

Wow! You nitpicked the hell out of this figure. I just doesn’t seem like you like Shawn as opposed to being objective. My earrings don’t fall off at all. You have to peg them into the hole behind his ear properly. If this were a warrior figure with the same issues you be like “oh he’s definitely top 5” 🤦‍♂️
