There are so many life lessons in your painting process. It's a joy to watch it unfold. Just like a layered painting, life can be messy in places, and we have to persist. We must keep adding new things and growing on top of the things that aren't working for us. As we proceed, we learn what we like gravitate toward those things, consciously highlighting and focusing points of interest...reducing some effects to bring aesthetic and psychological balance.

Wonderful piece. Wonderful lessons. It was just amazing to watch it come together, layer after layer. For a bit, the top looked like a sea shore with water and white caps. Also saw a desert mesa top. Thank you! As always, my favortie way to start my Sunday.

Thanks for your inspirational words about feeling like every piece should be a masterpiece. That hit home. Side note, when certain people in my life tell me I shouldn’t do something, it kind of makes me want to do it more, lol. Thanks again.

I love watching you create! It is amazing, and so inspiring! Your work really touches my soul! 🦋 I was looking at your supply list…but I wasn’t sure what you use to get the “grungy” kind of antiqued look? Is it the burnt sienna? It looks like a dark walnut stain…and I love it! 🥰 Thank you for sharing your time, your experience, and your amazing work! ❤
