There are so many people that didn't understand. Guys, this is NOT a mini-album, album or whatever. This is a photobook! They included a cd with her solo debut song just to help her winning on music shows. This is also for fan-meeting in Korea. Some of the fans who bought got to meet her. Until now she got 2 wins! If you want to support her, please buy it! But don't buy it expecting that is going to be an album because you will regret! That's why it's tiny, plain, etc.

JYP albums are so nice tbh (I only buy JYP, bighit,SM, SVT and Gfriend sometimes) but out of all them I do prefer JYPs packaging for some albums (I cant say that his albums look horrible because they look peng and I cherish them because they really do look like souvenirs) I didn’t really like Got7s turbulence/arrival packaging as you had to take out stuff to get into the cd... it was just awkward, I didn’t like twices summer nights either (the album was so floppy and bendable it could of easily got damaged while being shipped), but I like the book sorta style albums where you just open it to a photobook then you have the cd either at the back or front. Sm packaging has gotten a lot better over the years I think. I absolutely HATE their duel disc packages. It’s so awkward to get anything out to the point my SHINee Married to the Music photobook is battered at the corners and edges. Recently Sm have been doing book sorta covers or just boxes that fold out (Super Junior - Play, SHINee - Story of light etc) so it’s overly not that bad anymore. I haven’t seen any YG packages for albums apart from ikon, BP square up and this Jennie album. Tbh I think jennies album suits it being empty, I feel like it fits the concept and it would look off if it was cramped with photos. Ikons covers are pretty neat but pretty meh at the same time. BP square up had a good cover and design in my eyes (I would buy it if it had more than 4 songs). I mean if I was going to evaluate YGs packaging I’d say it’s pretty meh but peng at the same time.... it’s boring but nice to the eye. I feel like each company has a certain style to packaging so it’s different to other companies and adds character to each album ❤️

@@Punkpurse99 oh heeeeck naw! I spent that much on bts's album ( love yourself tear ) and I thought that was too much money! The difference was, i got it at my local Walmart so I didn't have to get it online+pay for shipping! I got Twice's album called Page Two and it was $20, but it came with 9 photo cards, a special photo card, a banner, the cd, the photo book, ect. I got both versions because the 'aesthetic' of them were amazing. Jyp really knows how to do his albums, because I also got Twicecoaster; Lane two, the story begins, and Signal, which was cheaper yet had so much to offer also. I love blackpink, but I'd personally never pay $20 for one of their albums. Theyre worth about $10 to me, because they don't come with much to offer.

This album was meant to help her win on music shows. So if you wanted to support her to win awards you should've bought but if you don't have money or think this is a waste of money that's not a problem at all. We are living in a digital era so albums today are useless because we can buy them on iTunes or listen on Spotify, they are just for decoration, to feel "closer" to your idol and how i said before to help them on music shows.

And the part about buying these photobook/albums is ridiculous. Lol! I collect a lot of photo cards (mostly BTS and Red velvet) just as a hobby. I love Jennie's solo but the photos in this solo album is kinda like a clothes and makeup magazine cuz the clothes and her makeup in the photos are more visible than her because the way of them taking the picture, kind of disappointed. yeah, lmao, I preordered the Stray Kids I Am You album, and it came with a preorder gift of 15 postcards, and a set of extra photocards (had three in the extra set), and then the actual album came with three photocards. It came with an official poster (larger than a BTS album poster if you have one... Just for referance), and the album had a mystery page two and three, and 60 pages long (the front and back is counted as one page), or 120 (if you separate the # of front and back pages). Like srsly, the JYP albums are... Better hahah, I mean, I love YG's groups, but their albums aren't the best

The reason why this album is not thick as other members' album and only got 1 song is because this was happened in 2018. She is the first member to do a solo project. Her solo album is more like an experiment. They think of it as a "gift" to fans, that's why it doesn't have too much inclusions, they just want the fans to have a another collection, besides they didn't let their artists participate in their album at the time so that's why it looks like an simple regular album. If they let JENNIE do her solo project in the same year where ROSÉ and LISA debut. Her album will be probably has the same quality as the two members. Atleast they gave her a special edition Photobook as the two members did, if they didn't it will classify as mistreated. Sorry for my english.

@@notyou5995 The fact that Jennie is still one of the most unappreciated Kpop idol is very common...i dont mind being biased towards a particular member but you should also be respecting the group as a whole...its natural for me to comment about this coz it is easy to see the opposite reactions concerning both of their photobooks when they are kinda same with the same number of blank pages...Jennie has always been a targeted and misunderstood idol with no fault of hers...yes I admit that i am biased towards Jennie well everyone can have their respective biases...I appreciate that...but having a certain hate towards only a particular member in the group is kinda disheartening for a blackpink stan like me...nd to ur question why did I bring Lisa its because they both have their photobooks released as of now...if Jisoo or Rosé would have had their photobooks...i would have taken their names...in short I just do not support hatred towards just a single member everytime...well everyone wishes the best of the group nd dat can only function if all the mebers are treated equally...i hope its well clear this time...
