If you need an alternative for shipping, Chitchats in Canada is really cheap! For light items such as photocards, tracked shipping is $5 CAD for the US and $10 CAD for international countries. They drive the packages to the US and have them shipped via USPS and Asendia. That's why the prices are so much cheaper than Canada Post. I'm not sure how close you are to their locations, but they have some in BC's major cities.
