1:06:20: That building a base to build a peak is a really good concept to have! I've just AW'd for 2 years and it feels like I'm all over with my strength level still, but as long as you just focus on the basics you will improve, even though there will be valleys between the peaks. And polishing your strengths is something that's really helped me, as even though I began with strong hands, even more solid hands doesn't hurt -- more strength is definitely never a weakness, even though it may not directly translate, and your weaknesses gets attacked even though you have great strengths in some areas. Oh and thank you for this feast of a podcast!

Then from 07-08 he just stepped it up You need to believe you can achieve greatness and that's what all these champions have in common. Plenty have great genetics, but not everyone will be a champion. It's a different mindset Awesome podcast
