Soo glad Sonny finally confronted his childhood. What a great job by Maurice. It's why I love watching him on GH. He's such a great actor. Makes you feel his pain. A Guam fan.

I Love Maurice 💙 He Always Gives His All while Acting. These Scenes where Very Emotional, especially when They Showed Sonny Remembering Hiding in the Closet from Deke 😥

Dana Dorman he spoke nothing but the truth about those punk ass uniform cops
Most cops are evil & corrupt just like everyone else.

You go thru something like that at young age when your parents are suppose to protect where you still believe ppl in uniforms are always good. Teachers coaches priests cops. Innocence taken can break something inside a person.

I loved the fact they used the 1997 audio of Deke's voice in the first scene!

I'll give Kelly Sullivan credit, she was thrown in a situation most actresses wouldn't survive (Jennifer Bransford as Carly six months stunt, but it wasn't her fault) and then in a very popular role (Kate Howard) with a very popular actress (Megan Ward), but she has made the role her own and has proven us wrong by playing side by side with Maurice Benard and him taking it easy with her and letting her develop her version of Kate. This is a great storyline that respects the history and the future

The actress grew on me but what I hated was the whole D.I.D. storyline they did with the character. The writer at the time was so desperate to turn GH into OLTL that it turned me off from the show.

Strongly disagree, Sonny is not perfect, but he's human, and overall tries to defend and protect the weak and vulnerable, Like for example how he doesn't tolerate drug sales, human trafficking or child abuse in Port Charles, many of the other mobsters he's executed over the years were doing such things. I've been watching this my whole life, and I consider him and Jason both good role models.

I don't think we're supposed to feel sorry for "Sonny the mobster" as much as Sonny when he was a child.
