You know what I just spent a year working and living in Saudia and you people need to stop taking about Al Albanis teaching because it hasn't done jack in the land where it was suppsed to take root the most. Islam has become a culture and no one's takes it seriously women wearing niqab come to UK and everything is off and make up and lip surgery. Most of Arabs as compared to other Muslim countries around the world don't even study books of ahaadith, tafseer nothing. When I spoke to one old Arab guy in Fusha he told me that wasn't the Arabic of the country. In Ramadan you don't even feel like it's Ramadan. So don't tell me about Al Bani and his legacy. Don't mean squat.

The shaikh said, act upon what he learns. Indeed when one learns the way of the prophet peace be upon him, he will eventually lead himself to establishing the khilafah. There's no disagreement here, the shaykh just told us in simple words full of wisdom. This is the beauty of scholars, they deliver through concise easy to understand speech
