What he is wearing around his neck is identical to the Catholic priestly vestment called the stole. Sunnis will never wear sg uch. I like Hamza, just wish he could stop the sufi stuff as most is copied from Christianity i.e saints, holy graves, relics, retreats, birthday celebrations, music, free social mixing between the sexes, beardless men.

His beard is due to not being able to grow on the sides.

May Allah bless you for your intentions sister, and whilst that logic may be applicable in certain contexts, it is not applicable when something is an attribute of the Prophet ﷺ i.e. Christians and Jews also had beards, but because the Prophet ﷺ was commanded by the Shari'a to leave the beard, it now becomes something embedded within Islamic thought regardless of whether Christians and Jews also leave the beard. They also believe in most of the prophets, but we do not discard them because the Prophets are in our way of life too. Similarly, there are clear-cut verses and hadith mentioning the virtues of the saints, visiting graves for the purposes of making dua for the one that has passed away, seeking blessings from the holy relics of the Prophet ﷺ just as the companions did and retreats for the sake of self-rectification as in the sense of a voluntary i'itikaf. Music and birthdays are something differed upon amongst the four canonical schools of thought, but generally speaking their permissibility involves many, many conditions and is a minority opinion amongst Islamic scholarship i.e. (birthdays) no birthday cakes, no blowing out candles, no freemixing, and other conditions, and with music, it cannot produce feelings that incite one towards evil, it cannot contain rhythms and instruments that are typically associated with haram contexts i.e. fast-paced club music, etc. The conditions are too many to mention in a KZbin comment. You can refer to Imam al Ghazali's Ihya to see this opinion in incredible detail. Freemixing and beardless men, those are sins and there is no excuse for that - the sexes must be segregated for the protection of the dignity of both sides, and men should leave their beards in emulation of the holy Prophet ﷺ. And the stole, well, is a scarf worn around the neck with the insignia of the Christian cross at both ends. The scarf is just what it is, and is only made "Christian" by the crosses out at both ends. The mafia also wear scarves but without the crosses. It is also how some people decide to wear their scarves indoors during the winter season. It is also what may be worn during some graduation ceremonies and university settings (which is what this is). A scarf is hanging down both sides of the body is not inherently Christian. If there was a very particular way of tying it and that is what was being imitated, or the cross was imitated you would have a strong argument. As of now? It's not something we can point the finger at and say "even if a scarf is worn with insignia from another religion it is still inherently Christian", I would argue. Your comment is 3 years old and you may not see this reply, however perhaps someone else that has the same perception may benefit from it. May Allah bless you.
