Now for you to accept this fact yourself, you would have to be exposed to their reality directly or through other means like youtube - watching one video incompletely and rejecting it due to your personal biases is not good enough and we both know that. It's like if our mutual friend is in town but he has only informed me - but you do not know that he is in town - then its still a fact that he is in town. When I am asked if he's in town I will say yes and when you're asked you'll say no or maybe - but the fact remains that he is in town.
