it's really a shame because I'm a pastry chef in France and I noticed that the opera was too dry, and the donuts were not well filled at all, and the éclair also looked very filling... I think It's a shame that you come to France and taste products that are of poor quality, when there is so much better...you will be disappointed with French pastry 😭

hi shayley, your French is getting better everyday bravo! Just a little correction for you : for raspberry/ framboise, the s and e are pronounced, so it’s like "franbwazz" (the letter S when placed between two vowels becomes a Z sound) hope you enjoy your stay, love from france 🫶🏻

Hi im french and i just want to correct some pronounciation mistakes: the 1st patisserie is called "L'Opera"; the 3rd patisserie is the "tartelette aux fraises"; when u say "framboises", u have to pronounce the final "ses" as if it was a "ze". Basically, pronounce it as "framboize"; the cherry is "cerise"; same thing with " framboise" whenever u have a final "se" or "ses", u have to pronouce it as a "ze". Hope u enjoyed your sejour at Paris 😊.
