but this is chap they are clapping like they do in chap, the music in the background is also a baluchi ballad (salunk e seer ey shuma bemaley). Idk if the dancers are pushtuns or baluchs tho cuz tho they all are wearing baluchi shalwar but one of them was speaking pushto.
