I can't believe some people in the comments. A young and beautiful girl with a severe disease had passed away and all you can do is talk about Gavin's health and call him fat. What colour is the sky in your world? I mean how do you know that Gavin is fat? What if he is ill with an illness that makes him look fat when he isn't? We don't know that. The stuff that we know about Shay and his wife and kids is everything Shay wants us to know. And so what if he is overweight? He is only 11! He still has his whole life to live. And the kids read the comments. So what if he read these comments and starts to get depressed and as time goes on, May God forbid, he gets so depressed he takes his life. THIS ISN'T A HATE COMMENT I am one that really does love this family and over-obsesses about it, BUT ever since shay's rant about "HOW THESE VLOGS ARE FOR HIM,NOT US" I feel like he has changed... Idky. But I don't think its the money or anything, but i just see a difference before and after his rant like hes a new person... This is a pretty complex issue really, mainly because it's not 100% true what he's saying. On the face of it I guess he means that it started as fun, then became about money and has now gone back to just being fun; however at the start he perhaps wasn't aware the difference he was making. Now with the make-a-wish stuff and the long term fans, he understands just how powerful the Shaytard message is so he keeps the vlogs going even though they're a major chore. That's my view on it at least; to be honest I actually prefer the new confidence and mixture of content. I just wish he'd disable comments and keep pushing the podcast.

As soon as I heard that Molly passed away I broke down into tears and my mum walked in to my room and asked me what happened so we watched the video of her at vidcon and I replayed the end slate for her and she started crying too so me and my mums heart goes out to molly and her family we love you Molly and we will never forget you.

Molly my aunt had breast cancer for 8 years and only found out a couple of months ago and it spreaded from her breast all the way down to her toes. :( no matter how much chemo and treatment she got it kept getting worse she ended up getting brain cancer too and got a brain tumor she was in a coma for a couple of days and turned out her brain died on her birthday and her heart and her body died the day after R.I.P to all cancer patients and patients who've suffered from anything and im truly grateful for the life I have and that I am healthy. life is precious you never know when your last day will be so don't take it for granted

R.I.P. Molly, I know you are felling no more pain now and you are having a blast up in heaven. I did not know you personally but this news makes me sad. I will be praying for your mom because I am sure she needs it. Losing someone so close to the holidays sucks, its been a little over a year now that my mom passed away and I miss her now more than ever.
