Colette, here's a tip for when you feel like your life is out of control: consider how it helps you grow. Every big event in life is a lesson. Example: you and your family go out to eat every night, the husband then loses his job, you can't afford to eat out anymore. You start being creative with what you have. Make recipes for different things, try new things, then one day you discover you passion of cooking. Just take baby steps, don't rush, take your time. :) ps I love your videos!

To clear your mind and maybe you can handle your day better with a clear mind and you're more effective and less stressed out. There are a lot of 10 minutes of "start your day" meditations on youtube. .. nevertheless I think you are a great person, a great mom and wife, you have sooo many things going on and I always look up on you even when you say your life is out of control.
