its a little padding, but a solid coloured red matte-ish looking suit doesn't help at all. it looks to flat. maybe a bit of shading and highlights on the suit could've improved it, a la Henry's suits

The Batman and Superman suits are padded yes but Henry Clearly gets un phenomenal shape for Superman and fills out the suit regardless. Does Levi really look like he fills out that suit? He's not that big.

Toffee Reggin because they wanted the death of superman to be what unites the league and both Aquaman and Shazam take place after JL but Shazam isn't really a founding member on the New 52 so he didn't have to come before JL

S M No its because Kevin Fujihira wanted to conpete with Avengers. Zack Snyder had plans for 3 solo Superman movies that would lead to a JL movie. But the studio execs pressured and rushed him to introduce Batman in his 2nd film, and make a JL movie as his 3rd film.

It just logically makes more sense to make these origin movies first (Like Marvel did) before doing the big team up movie. The MCU is killing it and the DCEU isn't.. I'm not suggesting that DC screwed up I'm saying they've definitely screwed up. These two movies if good can set us back on the right path I hope. I love DC, but right now Marvel are so far ahead.

Cause WB wanted to desperately compete with Marvel that they wanted to get right into their teamup film. Meanwhile Zack Snyder just wanted to go his own pace and take the time to build the DC films but WB wouldn't let him.

Shazam looks incredible. They seem to have nailed the balance in tone with a great character in this. Shazam might be the hardest to do well so to have nailed it first try by all indications is really impressive. That trailer kind of blew my mind. I totally get what they’re doing now. If the film turns out as good or better than the trailer I’d like to see Sandberg to JL in a few years once the Snyder stuff is no longer canon and they’ve completely soft rebooted/rebranded. That’s been one of DC/Warner’s biggest issues with the only exceptions being auteur films they don’t interfere creatively on ala Jenkins WW and Nolan’s DK trilogy

When I first heard "Chuck" was going to be the original Captain Marvel, I wondered what they were smoking. But then I realized that who else are you going to find who is so big (tall) but can do such a good job at playing a kid.
