Knowing Pakistani culture it's a shameless joke anyways. So yeah she got angry probably more than she could control her temper. Some may says he was too angry some may say it's right thing to do. Regardless the point is if she was not fat you would be ok with the anger level? Meaning a slimmer person has better rights to be angry I am guessing? You could have said she was angry you didn't like etc but calling her baby elephant judging her based on her size is just out of class.
