I know their type. I fight them all the time. They go around looking for someone that can give them a good fight because that's a lot of fun for them. I'm always trying to tell them to stop wrecking newer players.

@@WolfPack27NFS Sometimes, I do help them. Say, one of their objectives is to wreck/bust someone, or trying to survive a high heat level (indirectly or directly). For the latter, I serve as a "bodyguard" of sorts.

@@Bartholomew3 Well, police vehicles are really durable. They wanted extra challenge, maybe. The levels of durability are: • Patrol: Level 7 • Undercover: Level 6 • Enforcer: Level 8

Tips/Notes: • Repair stations have about 30-second cooldown. • ESF and Jammer can counter Stun Mines. • Shock Wave and Shock Rams can push spike strips away. • Running over your own Spike Strips count as a hit. • Restart event in Easy Drive teleports you back to the start line of the event you previously raced on. So, when intending to just roam freely, start any event near Hideout/Command Post, finish or abandon event. When you want to call it a day, just restart event, then drive few meters to Hideout/Command Post. Note: as Racers, you should not be in the middle of pursuit for this to work. • Kingfisher Road corner Last Stallion Ranch, a corner full of surprises. • Zephyr really likes chaos. He stole the Enforcer variant, the strongest and the most durable of the three.

A little trick I used : when you want to get alot of cash, just bring a cop to a repair shop and make him follow you through the shop over and over. When the cop radios for backup stay there and continue the more cops the better, the weapons you need are emp and shock wave, because you get repaired and restocked with weapons you are almost invincible just stay close to the shop and try to destroy as much cops as you can. (The best car for this is the Ferrari but you can use any car you want) ps: this only works if you are a racer.

@@SHDWSKII no, that happen pretty consistently on some races. I tried disabling 60fps tweak and problem is gone but then I stuck with 30fps lock which is terrible

Being the enforcer variant, it is also very durable. Although, I find Zephyr's choice somewhat strange, as he wanted speed, in which patrol variant would be more preferable. Or maybe it could be enforcer variant is exactly what he wanted, because he wanted to "send a message."
