Forza Horizon 5 is the newest installment in the Forza franchise which originally started as spin-off titles to the Forza Motorsport series. This time around The Horizon 5 festival is located in Mexico! Personally I have never sunk more than a handful of hours into any Forza game (except the original Forza Horizon back in 2012) but Forza Horizon 5 is what a lot of people in the racing game community needed in 2021! It isn't just Shadow in particular, this is really just the average multiplayer experience nowadays, and I daresay this is extremely *mild* in comparison with e-sports titles, gods above and below help you there... Regarding the guy in The Run and the "permission to record", that's indeed not how it works at all. There's no such thing as "recording without permission" on a public server, by default it is assumed that if you go somewhere public and make yourself visible in some capacity, then you take full responsibility for your actions. Can't be both private and public at the same time in this context, if you're afraid of that, then don't go there in the first place. Had the server been private or friends only then I would agree, that makes it a classic case of invading someone's privacy, but as long as it's a public server or setting that won't fly.
