I understand the fear of getting bitten by her, mine is aggressive most of the time but if she's had a good meal she can be calm, She let's me stroke her abdomen with a soft brush if she's in a good mood and that's when I put my hand in and she walks right on up. I'll only hold her for a few minutes before I let her go back home. When did yours reach full size? Mines nearly 2 and has had about 5 molts (last molt was a disaster, she lost her 2 front legs but she's as strong as ever a few months after)

No need to apologize for anything mate. This is part of the hobby and nature itself. People who cant deal with this, needs a reality check. Very cool video. Iv bred LP`s successfully myself several times and never had this happen. So i would say you were pretty UL. I dont think the first two attempts from the male was successful from the reaction of the female. Her responds will be much clear, just like the third attempt. She will normally bend over backwards on insertion and she was not doing any of that the first two times. So i would say he was just over the target doing a bit of "fore play" lol Btw one of my sub adult juvi`s from a sack a bit over a year ago just molted this morning. It has 6...i repeat SIX booklungs. Its a mutated LP. So if you know any experts within the hobby that would like to see the video of the inside of the molt i recorded, then plz let me know :) Cheers

He had to be totally underneath her to do the job, poor little guy he really did stand no chance in such a position, but damn he committed and tried really hard so good on him. And I bet he succeeded. Love your videos keep up the hard work. Also thank you for let me know about nature

Thank you! She is an impressive specimen. Yes, I always feed my females ahead of time. She is a very aggressive eater. I honestly was surprised when she didn’t react violently to his presence and started tapping. I fully expected her to charge him and have him run out of the enclosure. Hopefully all will go well and she’ll make an egg sac. I’ll definitely be making a video of it if that happens. 🤓👍🏼🕷️
