Yes you can use the dashcam video. The video description has all the details. White Audi changed lanes into me and then called her man and the police to the scene and told them I drove into her. Her insurance company called me and I submitted the video to them. They quickly accepted 100% liability for their driver. I may submit my video to the police and see if they'll edit the police report so it's clear who was at fault in the report rather than claim it wasn't possible to determine fault as our statements conflicted.
