Blows my mind when women want half of all the assets (sometimes more) even when they didnt work at all. Yet they dont agree dad should have 50/50 custody of their child. Unreal.

Sounds like his client learned from her previous mistake. I believe the father - the mother has lived in the US for 10 years - not very long at all. NO - NOT CORRECT LAWYER!!!!!! - if there is a hold on the child's passport - she can't get on ANY international flight - she will be stopped at the border and border control will ask to see a passport and letter of permission from the father - which would have to be forged.

Every single parent needs to provide financially for their own children, any parent who pulls these actions should be held accountable and responsible, and yes punished for pulling these acts. It’s sad, when one parent is so angry, nasty, vengeful, selfish and treat children as property. Hurts the children!

She acts like him working to provide and her being a stay at home mom makes you more capable of taking care of the this child....ma'am how are you going to take care of the child without a job? He can get a babysitter and solve that issue. You have to get a job that can provide. You made it sound like bc he is doing his job as a man/father it is negative. What is wrong with these women?

They are too self fun loved to recognize that parental alienation will bite then HARD as the children get older. Their requests are to make themselves feel better and have little to do with the best interests of the children. It's in the best interest of insecure Mommy.

As a mother, I question myself all the time. Am I doing the right thing? Did I research the problem? Am I the problem? I don't think these women do that. There is little self reflection happening.

This is an extremely abusive mother. If she is continually brainwashing the child about abuse after every visit with the father, the child will be brainwashed to expect abuse. Even to the point of saying yes , just to try and make the mother happy! 😮 There is no way if the mother is on marijuana especially whilst in custody of the child that she is of sound mind to care for the child. I see this woman as totally abuse to the husband, no doubt a deciding factor in the relationship breakdown. I was victimised as a father just as this man is enduring. 😢

Mom 1 - There is a video of mom in kirkhams court being held in custody until she complies with the court order. He makes her sit in jail until she hands the child over to dad.

Ok, custody is always given to the most dysfunctional parent BECAUSE… what ever he *the Petitioner, pays in child support; that judge gets a bonus twice the amount of child support. It’s a racket and there’s nothing you can do. I’m certainly not the only person that knows this. Good luck.

That's ridiculous. Judges work for a city, county, state or federal government. Government employees do not receive bonuses. It is illegal at every level except the Supreme Court. Th SCOTUS do not receive any any pay above and beyond their federal pay check. Perhaps, you are thinking of the recent ethics dilemma on regarding the Supreme Court? But that did not involve bonuses.
