1st ankle injures are mostly harmless and the healing process is faster and not that complicated. Another injuries may need even an operation and the healing methods are already more complicated, what means also that the healing process takes much more time (even 180 days! - 6 months) because after the 1st injure Your ankle will NEVER get fully healed 'n regenerated so You MUST be more carefully next time - I am a med. student.
