Theo and Bee gave up their busy city lifestyles in 2014 to explore alternative living, and have lived in vans and boats since then without looking back! Along with their cat Ginjey Bear they have been driving around the world in their self converted Sprinter van. However, when the global pandemic hit they began converting their abandoned stone barn in Central Portugal to turn into a wonderful tiny stone cottage. Along the way, they have rescued a playful cat called Furrnando and have a wonderful flock of Chickens!

Two surprises and so much happiness in this episode! I am pretty sure that those mushrooms are „healing mushrooms“ called turkey tail (Trametes versicolor “, very expensive and sold as precious medicine for people with cancer (according to Japanese traditional medicine).

Great video. Bea is looking great and well healed. The log splitter is a game changer. I imagine Bea carrying her new hand pruner on all her walks in the woods. The ease to cut branches is amazing. Clipping branches down to useable fire starters is going to be a no brainer. Wow, such great progress for both Bea and Theo. Well done!! Those electric pruners are soooo cool. Some women wouldn’t appreciate a gift like that but me and Bea know what a thoughtful (and romantic) gift that is. It’s from the ❤. The logging cabin is coming along nicely. It truly takes a lot of dedication along with pure physical strength and effort to take on a project so remote. The end result will be so satisfying and the big picture windows are such a treat.
