i know some people with over 3k matches and dont even know how to adjust their build and pick depending on enemy lineup. Matches are a good indication yes but it does not 100% guarantee that they'll be a decent player.

As a Ruby user who has played jungler several times(due to team not choosing heroes at the starting properly.), I must testify that ruby is indeed very slow at jungling. Not the fastest hyper cuz she is unable kill enemies as quickly as meta junglers, but, in terms of mobility and survival she can be very tanky while doing normal(/less than normal) damage to enemies. And most of the time survive team fights despite being at the main centre of it. But of course, if betosky is the one who's playing her, then even if he says she's a great mage I have no objections.

As a ruby main, I suggest you/ you guys try using her with marksman emblem with greed, agility and weapon's master (this'll play huge part for lifesteal and damage) then u buy cooldown boots, go straight to two sword(s) then legion sword plus go for the vampire mallet thing or whatever it is called. Then you can go for another legion sword or you can buy haas claws, then afterwards, you build Blade of despair. Continued to war axe then endless battle. The last item could be defensive (preferably the brute force thing to supplement the war axe) but you can go oracle athena's radiant or immortality (depending on the enemies' composition) :> **Plus using the marksman emblem's greed makes your early game easier because of your early sustain :)**

Nice video Beto-sensei. I still don't understand why there are people that say that Ruby isn't a good pick, even worse for solo ranking. She is a nice fighter with decent sustained DPS and CC skills for the teamfights, and also that makes her a really strong Fighter/Tank, along with the full tank of the team, it's almost impossible to kill Ruby, even against 3 or 4 because her insane lifesteal. I think I'll buy her and Yu Zhong too, and Masha. Thanks for the video!

I use the same criteria when deciding if I should jungle. I will look at their matches and I usually have way more than everyone else but once in awhile I'll see someone with one or 2,000 assassin matches and I will usually trust them. Because I know having nearly 4K assassin matches myself how much experience that gives.

@@AnnXYZ666 paq, x borg, and barats have absolute broken damage from early to mid game, they also have some cc skills, meanwhile ruby have rather balanced to low damage but have insane spammable cc skills. They are all broken but in different ways, ruby is far more useful in mid to late teamfights than them, she also isnt countered by true damage because she can lifesteal the whole damage almost instantly, her high defense make her not very vurnerable when she take cc, and anti lifesteal isnt enough for her regen abilities. Btw my ruby build is defense - haas claw - war axe - oracle - dominance ice - endless battle, gives 10% movement speed and 40% cdr, tbh is this build good?
