Idk, I feel like all big urban cities are similar so I'll say that this is a newer but the women are from 20 years ago. What I mean is, they were more of the newer generation or taking up newer ideals. 2004 would be 20 years ago. So if a woman was 18 in 2004, she's 38 now, if she was 10 in 2004, she's 30 now, if she was 8 in 2004, she's 28 now. She grew up and adopted this mindset whole growing but it didn't start 20 years ago per say. It was more like the last 10-ish years when she was 15-18 years old, around 2014 or so.

I have no idea what scale you guys be using. A 10 should be a 10 no matter where the 10 is. If we isolate areas ok sure but who does that? Growing up I've always compared women no matter where they were, never isolated but that could be because I dated a lot of latina's growing up. I was raised in a black and Spanish area in New York. Latina's and Caribbean black women basically became what I liked the most. I didn't date American Black women really who identified with Urban Ghetto culture or were just "regular" American black. I think only 2 girls I dated were black American. I've dated Puerto Rican, Mexican, Dominican, mixed (I have an Arabic and Puerto Rican ex), Grenadian, Ecuadorian, Guyanese. Never got around to Asian, and technically I had along distance thing with 2 white women. New York has a huge diverse populace that includes neighborhoods of all types of women and women travel and visit New York all the time from other countries or States. I knew a girl who was Mexican from California, she was half white so she was pale white, blue eyes, blond hair with a Spanish accent. We worked together for years. That same 10 you can find in South beach done traveled all the way to NYC and can get scooped up over here. And I find it funny that I've rarely met a woman who don't like black men like myself but I've met white women who opt out of dating white men or Spanish women who opt out of dating Spanish men or date both black and Spanish or Caribbean women who have no issue with dating American black men.
