I think it’s just the culture and the way people are treated that people hate. I lived in India for 20 years and i couldn’t wait to leave because it diminished my confidence, self esteem and I always felt trapped. I am now living a content life doing everything that makes me happy and wearing clothes that make my body feel content. Personally, I’ve never been able to be myself in India.
