The paradox with the friend zone is that it's not real. If she gives a guy the "lets just be friends speech" it means she just wants him as an orbiter and not a friend. The moment a friendzoned guy wants to meet up for lunch he will be swiftly rejected because she only wants him as someone she can call on for validation if she's feeling down about herself. If she messages the orbiter and he replies then it tells her he's still interested and communicates that she's still desired by someone and that's all she wants. She will then proceed to end the conversation.

Whenever problems arise between her and her bf(when he isn't acting masculine in her eyes), she turns her attention to one of her orbiters(your one of those)...your job is to act masculine when the opportunity arises, as she'll be more into you and even breakup with her bf for you...if you play your cards right. Long term though, she isn't the answer...as she will only continue to monkey branch between relationships until she finds her alpha male.

Her wanting to spend time with you means nothing, she's just using you for a good time or attention but you wont get anything out of it. Friendzone just means she isn't interested in the guy romantically OR as a friend but will keep his number just in case she starts to develop self esteem issues. If she's having doubts about her own worthiness she'll drop him a message and see what happens. If he replies she knows he's interested in her which in turn will "scratch the itch" for validation. Once this is achieved she will feel no desire to continue the conversation since she was never interested in the guy for anything at all. Friendship will not work because she knows he wants more so will not feel safe around him.

Well being friends with a woman is more than possible. But, there must be no romantic feelings on neither sides. Let me tell you a bit of my story, to depict my opinion. Friendzone does exist. But only the one having feelings is in it. You can't be in the friendzone if you feel no romance. My best friend (we were best friends for 18 years up to that point) passed away suddenly in late september. I've totally let her friendzone me, and I went along with it, and was fine and happy. Why ? Because we never really grew romantic feelings for one another, and a 18 years friendship is soooooo fucking precious. But on the other hand, I dated a girl last year for about 2 months. We hooked up about 3-4 times a week, had wonderful dates every single time. But she ended up dumping me for dumb shit reasons (I quickly figured out it was because another guy was in the picture). The girl tried to friendzone me, and was really clever doing it: Took me from 4-5 different angles, different scenarios to try and make me cave to it. I said that if she doesn't want sex & romance with me anymore, I'm gonna walk. And I did. I told her I can't be friends with someone I have deep feelings for, and that I really wish her well, that I love her, and wanted the best for her, and if it doesn't work out with the other guy, to let me know. I heard through the grapevine, a few months later, that she was still with the guy. I'm genuinely happy for her, she has a heart of gold and she deserves the absolute best. But to her credit, I have to give her that: she made the 1h30 ride to come to see me, ditch me, and fuck my brains out a last final time. A lot of guys don't have that last ride I had hehehe Come to think about it guys, it wasn't so bad after all🙂​

Asking out a girl for a coffee is OK initially but eventually things need to progress. As an INFJ I have almost always subjected guys to the dreaded friendzone without even thinking about it. I think guys involved with someone who has been involved in a toxic relationship may well need to accept a prolonged period in the friendzone. However this guy appears to handle things in a non-threatening way. Insisting on an evening meal automatically steps things up a notch.
