Well it’s a drama.. and they can’t get a newborn baby to play.. newborns are weak and susceptible to germs sickness from people.. especially the stress of studios production so kinda hard to get parents to offer up their baby to “act” especially good looking one fat at least to resemble ones from wealthy healthy royal babies. Not thin malnourished babies.

The majority of fans were angry because it was completely opposite of historical accuracy.
