Watchable, the plot is flipped in the sense that it's the ML that's sick, but at the same time not the same because they really do love each other. I just don't understand ML's reasoning for doing those things to hurt the FL, I don't know why it would make you feel better for your loved one to hate you before you die. Grief has its stages and people need to go through them regardless. This has a sad but hopeful ending.
