@@EthanTheGreat9000 look it up. they are not doctors, do not go to actual school, and almost all doctors will tell you the same thing. they have paralyzed people and caused irreparable damage. it may feel better short term, but it often causes long term damage and, even if it doesn't, does not cause any long term benefits that PT can't do. physical therapy is the only good alternative. people also spend money on useless vitamins, swear by crash diets, and go to get hypnosis for medical problems, too. i know people who think that hypnosis can prevent cancer. i know people who buy lottery tickets with their gas money. people believing in something or paying for something has little to no bearing on how good it is. i would never let someone who has never gone to medical school to crack my neck or yank me to "stretch my spine." it's a scam at best. there are some very interesting and terrifying articles and videos out there.

I’m so jealous! I KNOW he’d find places to crack throughout my entire skeletal system: wrists, ankles, knees, hips, spine - upper, middle AND lower, neck, even base of my skull and shoulders. I’m a veteran with migraine disorder, back issues and general anxiety disorder. He’d have so much fun finding places to crack. I might take him two sessions even. 😂 He might even be able to correct the length difference in my legs due to a pelvic twist.

I'm so sorry you deal with all that you do Thi! I've had migraines since I was a teenager. The only thing I found that helps is chiropractic coupled with muscle manipulation which my chiro does. If the muscles aren't dealt with, no matter how much you get "cracked", the problem such as migraines won't go away. Being cracked is an amazing feeling but it's the muscles that pull the joints out of alignment. If you can find a chiropractor who does ART therapy along with an adjustment, you will find so much relief! Or, a good massage therapist scheduled on the same day as an adjustment. I so hope you feel better and get some much deserved relief! Thank you so much for your service Thi!! ❤️

There are rare cases the chiropractor will explain them during the initial session when an adjustment may release a blood clot that was trapped in these areas then it causes either a heart attack or any other complications (there was a casevof a 24 years old who suffered from this sometime last year and was hospitalized, undergoneba bypass surgery), other cases of when an adjustment is done wrong and a major nerve is pinched which causes more pain, or even permanent nerve damage/disability.
