Thank you so much, we arrived first Jan in st catherines and lived in a motel for 9 days. From there we started researching and contacting agents, apartments started from 1300$ onwards. But the loft at the university turned out perfect and there are many shared apartments within our budget. She’s happy and though she’s 7 mins by bus away from uni, she likes it v much.

Do ECE early child educator. It is two years diploma but can fast track and do in one year. Colleges and universities in Canada is business now. They make the diploma course from two years to one year to make more money. They will charge you for two years but reduce their cost and skip one year. Students are cash cow for them.

It depends upon the DLI number of the college, for one year course 1 year work permit is granted and for if the student do for 2 years then 3 years work permit is given. This is what I am aware, I hope I am right gursaheb ji😊

Sir, If i do 1 year course which have 3 semester ( Construction project management from centinental) how many years work permit will i get and fee for 3 sem is 27000 cad which is almost 2 years fee as compared to other colleges offering the same course, for instance canadore 1 year fee - 15000 cad.

@@krupalipatel206 only 20% student from a batch or class get 3 yrs work permit and 80% of 1 yrs. This is only I know from my research, however i am not sure about how they short list students for this it can be on marks basis or other factors. It's a risk because these kind of programs also cost almost double fees as compared to other of one year. Furthermore, in these kind of programs visa success rate is seen high.
