In SF Bay Area Uber changed several years ago now that now shows the License Plate Make of Car and Name of the Driver so that you can make sure you have the right driver and car. Always share your trip info from the app with someone so they know where you are and where you should be going. And be prepared to come to you if something is not going as planned. I wonder when she realized that something was not right? She never used her phone to call police. And it’s weird that her phone was powered off but his kept pinging like he was driving. How did he get her phone to turn it off if she was in the backseat?

Maybe he grabbed it and turned it off...
@Nallisn3 жыл бұрын
@@bellaellena2989 yeah he probably snatched it from her before she realized she was in danger. Because if she knew, I would imagine she would be in the corner of the backseat trying to get out somehow

Maybe he asked if he could use her phone.
@Nallisn3 жыл бұрын
@@marjorieschultz5735 yeah, that’s possible too. I feel like if she was scared, she would huddle toward the door. I can’t even reach my hand in the back seat if I’m driving. So either she willingly gave it to him or he snatched it out of her hand while she was unaware and looking at it. I can’t think of anything else on why she wouldn’t dial 911 from the backseat besides him taking her phone before she even realized this guy was bad.

@nicoleasm1 He used the child lock door option. Once she was in she couldn’t get out. I think after he killed her, he turned off her phone.

This is why I wouldn't make a good juror....Mr. Gibson's voice and style has already removed a good percentage of reasonable doubt... Hell, I'd probably begin to question my own role in breakfast.

He was circling like a shark. Then, he came in for "the kill." It was premeditated, proven by the child locks being engaged, making it impossible for Sammy to get out of that savage's car. Give me two minutes alone with that thug. I can promise you, knowing what I can inflict/do, he would not come out of that encounter alive. I would have ZERO regrets. South Carolina would be thanking me for saving its tax payers a boat load of money. It's called "BEAST MODE." When it's turned on/engaged, NO ONE CAN TURN IT OFF. Trust me on that.

He forgot the pre-meditation of his crime! Doesn’t that make it 1st degree murder?
