Mine too. Anytime there was a commotion outside or some strange wild animal sounds that freaked him out, he'd run screaming to me and I was always the one to go out the door to investigate. The one time he ran out the door he never came back LOL. He moved back to the city. Personally, I'd much rather deal with any animal than listen to sirens and people doing stupid things any day.

I also had a first timer ND and she was not a good mother. Her kids died at 2 weeks old. I should have just pulled and bottle raised them entirely.

2024 must be a tough kidding year for many. This is only my 5th year,but first 4 were pretty uneventful. This year,we lost one to a birth defect and one premature birth 2 triplets survived,one was stillborn. Thank God for loving, responsible breeders like you and crystal
