Hi congratulations dear Dickyi la. It’s good that you got your period. I am not good enough but as a nurse I love to leave some messages about periods or Menstrual. First I suggest you to drink more water and have good food. Yap if there’s thick blood, little is ok but severe please share out the knowledge to your sister or elder one. Second I suggest you use pad for now. Not the menstrual cup. It’s not good for you. If pas i suggest sofy. Third. I suggest you to don’t keep your pad more than 6-8 hours. Especially if it’s heavy one. Fourth i suggest you keep your underwear clean cause it will effect your birth function. Fifth or last. Have good food and exercise or dance as always 😉🫂❤️❤️❤️

I remember by days when I got period for the first time and my mum was Not around . With growing age I was never shy of buying pads but I still see girls & women shy to buy pads .
